Zotz is a full service international lakefront restaurant which serves fine Eco-Cuisine with distinctive flavor and quality from natural foods.

Fresh organic vegetables, greens and herbs come from our gardens or local farmers and tropical fruits from the nearby pacific coast. Organic superiority enhances the flavor and health value of the produce which is meticulously prepared.

Our skilled team use free range eggs, local cheeses, legumes, grains, nuts, seeds, and spices with culinary wisdom to create fine dishes with exotic pizzazz.

Each season nature offers a new palette to create dishes from with native plants, flowers and fungi foraged from the mountains of our reserve. A selection of breads are baked in house daily. Particular attention is given to dietary requests.

We use famous highland shade grown organic coffee from our nature reserve and local farmers.

Candle-lit dining with a sweeping lake and volcano view creates a surreal ambience. On cooler evenings a large river stone and jasper fire place warms the restaurant.
The stage is set - the lake amphitheater is in surround 3D - the sun descends to the underworld - a celebration of the night begins at the Lava Bar!

A fine selection of imported wine, beer and spirits from Guatemala and around the world are served with a smile! Try the Molten Lava cocktail made with white rum, organic carrot and apple juice while relaxing in the lakeside sunset bungalow. Local fishermen in hand made wooden canoes can be seen on most evenings.
